Apartment Granat
It is said that Zillertal garnets have a positive, stimulating effect on people; effects that can also be felt in this apartment. You will be woken by early morning sun in this ground floor holiday apartment with east-facing bedrooms, a four-bed room with spacious shower and toilet, as well as a two-bed room with shower and toilet. Upon waking, take time to gaze at the incomparable mountain scenery in front of you. It will energize you for the new day ahead. Then head down to the southeast-facing kitchen/living room and enjoy breakfast like you would at home. Fresh bread will be awaiting you at your front door. You can prepare your breakfast yourself – just the way you like it.
Feel free to use the front garden of your apartment – it is there for your sole use. Now you are ready for an active day without having to endure a tiring battle at the breakfast buffet, as can be the case in certain hotels.
Don’t let yourself be deceived by the driveway in front of the house; it’s not a through road, just an access road to the Alpenchalet, which is private property.

Apartment Kristall Summer
Apartment Kristall is an apartment that can accommodate 4-8 people. If space is not needed for 4-8 people, the apartment (summer) can be booked for 2-4 people by spatial separation.
A complete separation into two apartments is not possible, but you can also book Apartment Kristall Winter.
There is an option to additionally book the living room for Apartment Kristall Summer.

Apartment Kristall Winter
After only a few days in this holiday apartment, you will feel like a Zillertal mountain crystal - strong and magnificent. The apartment is on the first floor of the Alpenchalet. The entrance is on the north side with a coat hanging space and a spacious kitchen/living room. Both double bedrooms are east-facing with an adjoining bathroom with rainfall shower and toilet. The bedrooms lead directly out onto a wide balcony with simply incredible views. You will feel like you are in an eagle’s nest.
Another bedroom on the west side of the apartment is equipped with 2 bunk beds and is suited for up to 4 people. The bedroom has an adjoining bathroom with rainfall shower and toilet. Next to it is a living room with a comfortable built-in couch. All bedrooms have direct access to the outside. In the evening, take a moment to enjoy a beer or a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the Ahornspitze. When the last ray of sunlight touches the peak, night falls suddenly, and you’ll already be dreaming before you’ve even fallen asleep.

Down payment: 25% within 7 days. The balance in cash on arrival.
Deposit: € 100,- to € 200,-
Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 2,20 per person per day (from 01 May 2025 € 2,60)
Pets on request: up to 2 dogs in spring, summer and fall, only allowed in Apartment Granat! € 10,- per day
All prices are calculated according to season, length of stay & number of persons
Cancellation conditions
T&Cs: For legally valid rental contracts, the provisions of the general hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
Cancellation fees according to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions:
- up to 3 months before the date of arrival free of charge
- up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40 % of the total package price
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the total package price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the total package price
