Our current prices

• Check-In: on your arrival day, you can check into the apartments from 5:00 to 9:00 pm! For a later arrival, please contact us!
• Check-Out: on departure day, we ask guests to check out of the apartments by 09:00 am. 
• Deposit: of 30% required. We ask guests to pay the remaining amount upon arrival.
• Terms & conditions: for legally valid rental agreements, the general Austrian hotel regulations (AGBH) apply.
• Cancellation fees according to Austrian hotel regulations:
  - up to 3 months prior to arrival: free
  - up to 1 month prior to arrival: 40% of the entire arranged price
  - up to 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the entire arranged price
  - in the last week prior to arrival: 90% of the entire arranged price
• Local tax: local tax per person (ages 16 and up) is € 2.20,-
• Final cleaning: 
  - Apartment Granat € 120,-
  - Apartment Kristall Sommer € 120,- (with living room € 150,-)
  - Apartment Kristall Winter € 180,-
• Deposit: Granat € 100,- and Kristall € 200,-
• Free WLAN in all apartments
• Locked ski storage room with ski boot dryer / in summer for mountain bikes
• Breakfast roll delivery service from Monday to Saturday (except Sunday, holidays, and off-seasons)
• 2 free parking places for Apartment Granat / Apartment Kristall Sommer
  3 free parking places for Apartment Kristall Winter
• Non-smoking house
• Pets upon request: dogs allowed in spring, summer and autumn only in Apartement Granat! € 10,- per day
• Prices include operating expenses, bed linens, towels, dish clothes
• Crib with bed linens available for free
• Prices are charged depending on season, length of stay & number of people
